"Mark and Kirsten provided an incredible experience. We purchased a cart for our house in Lake Almanor. Unfortunately, the cart could not pull the hill to our house and had some issues breaking due to the grade at our property. Mark personally delivered a brand new cart, (same manufacturer) to our house, and ran a series of tests on both units. After running the tests, Mark came to the determination that we needed a different cart, (different manufacturer). He specked out the perfect cart for our family and our unique steep grade situation. His recommendation was perfect and we couldn't be happier.
With an uncharacteristic winter, we weren't able to run the test until the snow thawed.
